Refund policy

30-Day Refund or Exchange Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for a Return or Exchange:
  • Timeframe: The request must be made within 30 days of the date on your original receipt.
  • New, Uninstalled Condition: All items must be returned in new, uninstalled, and unused condition, with all original components and accessories. Items that have been installed, used, or show any signs of wear are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its complete and original manufacturer's packaging.
  • Re-boxing Fee: A re-boxing fee will be charged and deducted from your refund or exchange credit if the item is returned without its original manufacturer's box or requires re-packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process:
  1. Request an RMA: Before sending any merchandise back, you must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. RMA Number is Required: Any package received without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense. An RMA number is critical for us to track and process your return or exchange efficiently.
  3. Securely Package Your Item: Once you have your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original box with all original packaging materials.
  4. Ship the Item: Clearly write the RMA number on the exterior of the shipping box. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
After the Return is Received:
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item.
  • The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
